When you Critically Strike an enemy with a Shock Skill you become Charged and take 25%[x] less damage for 5 seconds. While Charged: Critical Strikes have a 10% chance to cause the damage to arc as Lightning damage to another nearby enemy, or if there are no other targets you hit the target again for 250% of the damage.
